My daughter have HPV , she have no medical insurance. Can this be overcomed?

Shes scared and the info. we get is conflicting. A nurse a moment ago looked down on my daughter and wasn't much help. What can I get to oblige her. Can she have a normal relationship? I'm alarmed for her. She said she practiced safe sex, is that possible? So many question??
