Cold sores -- Genital Herpes?

So ive had horrrrrible allergies lately and i developed like 3 or 4 little bumps on my nostril that be filled with clear fluid. I dk if they be cold sores or what? I've had 2 cold sores my whole go and only when i was underneath huge amounts of stress. Anyways, i had an ointment on my nostril so im pretty sure they be completely dried over at the time but i was having oral next to my b/f, i doubt his stuff touched my nose but had it would he achieve genital herpes? I dont even know if they are cold sores but if so, with ointment drying them up?
IM SORRY :( i think in recent times go to your family doctor or if u dont want ur mom to know jump to PLANNED PARENTHOOD.
